The Responsible Mica Initiative (RMI) is committed to ensuring a fair, timely, and objective resolution of any grievance related to the implementation of its mission and operations.
A grievance may be a general expression of dissatisfaction with a situation, activity, decision, or behavior, or a more serious concern involving harassment, discrimination, corruption, conflict, or human rights violations.
Before submitting a formal complaint through the RMI Grievance Mechanism, grievants are encouraged to seek resolution at the most appropriate and local level whenever possible. If no satisfactory outcome is reached, a grievance can be submitted directly to RMI via the form below.
All grievances are handled in accordance with the RMI Grievance Mechanism Policy, which ensures that each case is reviewed carefully and impartially.
To submit your grievance, please complete the online form — available in English, French, Hindi, and Malagasy. The preferred language can be selected in the top-right corner of the form at any time.
RMI upholds a strict duty of confidentiality toward every grievant. No communication or remedial action will disclose personal or sensitive information. Only authorized RMI staff involved in the grievance process have access to the collected information.
A dedicated email will also be used to secure the reception of the grievances: grievances@responsible-mica-initiative.com.
